- Tenders are invited for Borehole Submerible Solar Pumping System and Pump Testing, Construction of Two Open Water Kiosks, Borehole to Two Water Kiosks and Construction of Chain Link Fencing Durdur Borehole Submerible Solar Pumping System and Pump Testing, Construction of Two Open Water Kiosks with 6 Faucets, 1000m Extention from the Borehole to Two Water Kiosks and Construction of Chain Link Fencing 40mx40m Balcad Midlle Shabelle Somalia (All tender documents MUST be submitted on the company-s letter head and on ALIGHT template provided as part of the tender documents). 1. Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows: a) Official Quotation with company-s latter head, stamp and signed in the attached RFQ provided no revisions allowed after submitted. b) Work plan for weekly based. c) Fill out completely including all attached forms. d) Valid certificate of Registration with the relevant Government certifying Authority. e) Valid Tax compliance certificate (TIN). f) Company profile - updated. g) Good track-record and references from previous clients (similar tasks) with telephone contacts and emails of at least three referees. h) Proof of the above must be provided at least three contracts. i) Submission of the latest certified bank statement of the applying entity for at least last 6 months. j) submission of site engineer-s CVs k) The bidder has a legitimate business address. l) The bidder must submit at least three contracts with another organization, along with a bank statement showing the corresponding payment amounts. (iv) Tender will be opened thereafter immediately in the presence of the procurement. committee. (v) Selected Vendor will notify through email after completion of paperwork. (vi) Selected vendor will receive his/her service amount after 100% completion of contract.
