- Quotation are invited for Building Renovation Offices of Mohadm Tender Documents and Bid Delivery: All tender documents will be available in Hard copy at the MOHAMD Garowe office upon the request and registration of the bidder applicants lists. All bids must be delivered by hand into the Tender Box on or before 10:00AM on 29 Sept 2022, at the MOHADM Garowe office in Garowe (MOHADM building). The SEALED ENVELOPEwill be clearly marked with the reference of the invitation to which it is a response and the name of the applicant. Tenders delivered after the specified time will not be accepted. Eligibility of Applicants: Applicants cannot apply if they: Are not registered companies in Puntland Are bankrupt or in the process of going bankrupt. Have been convicted for an offense concerning professional conduct. Have been guilty of grave professional misconduct (proven by any means which the contracting authorities can justify). Have not fulfilled obligations related to payment of government taxes. Are guilty of serious misinterpretation in supplying information. Are in situations of conflict of interest (with prior relationship to project or family or business relationship to parties employed by MOHADM). Were declared at the serious fault of implementation owing to a breach of their contractual obligations.
