- Tenders are invited for Construction of Earth Dam in Dawaco Village under Badhan District Sanaag Region Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Puntland state of Somalia wishes to invite qualified firms to submit their offers by hand not email in two sealed envelopes- Price quotation (BOQ), government documents and bank statement in one envelope (Envelope 1) and the technical offer in a second envelope (Envelope 2), the supplier should place both envelopes together in one big envelope prior to submission to below NRC offices. · NRC Garowe office - Behind UN Guest house in Garowe · NRC Bosaso office- Save the children office building -first floor - W.X.K ENEYA road. Closing date for submitting the tender is 26th October ,2023 at 16:00 Local time Somalia. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected. Note that all bidders are required to sign a bid submission register upon submission.
