- Expression of Interest are invited for Construction Projects in Puntland State of Somalia, and Looking a Potential Qualified Vendor to be Worked With. 1 Health 2 Education and Cultural Selection Criteria: o Proven performance and experience. o Working performance against same portfolio. o Availability and ability to deliver goods/services on demand. o Institutional capacity. o Technical ability and punctuality. o Able to meet specifications and standards Conditions: QC invites potential contractors who are capable and qualified for providing the services in above categories to submit their expression of interest. In order to be considered as qualified, interested contractors to submit their Expression of Interest by submitting the following documents: 1. Profile for the company. 2. Registration certificate from the concerned authorities in Puntland State Grade A and B. 3. Reference list demonstrating your qualifications prior work done. 4. Memorandum of Association (Please attach copy of the ID, or Passport of the owners) 5. Tax Compliance Certificate (TIN). 6. Completed (Filled and Stamped) Vendors Form 7. Any information deemed to be important
