- Tenders are invited for Drilling of Three Boreholes in Lughaya & Zaila Districts in Somaliland (Lot 1) - Gargaara Village (1), Kalawle Village (1), and Ali-Weeci Village (1) Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 24 August 2022 10:00 hrs. local time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 24 August 2022, 10:00 hrs. local time. 2. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee enforceable in the local banks using the format provided in the Bidding Document, in the amount of US Dollars of 4,500.
