- Tenders are invited for Drilling a Borehole and Construction of Ancillary Works Balicabane Document Requirements: The bids must satisfy the following conditions among the minimum criteria for evaluation by being accompanied by the following documentation: Financial capacity of the company (proof of financial capacity by submitting last 1 year certified/stamped bank statements indicating an average balance of $70,000 to $150,000. General construction experience (submit three contracts) (Experience in general construction works. Certified copies of construction contracts undertaken within the past 2 yrs. Specific construction experience (submit three contracts for WASH - water supply systems, connections, drilling and rehabilitation works for boreholes etc., satisfactorily and substantially completed. Experience in construction in a leading role where the bidder must provide evidence and references from clients for previous similar construction works. Certified copies of construction contracts undertaken within the past 3 yrs. Technical Company Personnel (CVs of Project Manager and CV for Site Engineers. Evidence of construction and WASH technical Equipment of Dump trucks, Excavators, Concrete mixers, construction machinery and equipment. Validity period of the tender offer price.
