- Specific Procurement Notice are invited for Drilling & Equipping of One (1) Borehole and Installation of Borehole Hybrid Power System, Construction of Two Rural Water Kiosks, Caretaker Room & Laying 1.3km Pipelines of Various Sizes at Qardho, Karkaar Region, Puntland. The Intergovernmental Authority on Development “IGAD” has received financing from the African Development Fund hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Drought Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Programme in the Horn of Africa, Project II (DRSLP II). Save the Children International as an Implementing Agency (IA) intends to apply part of the proceeds of the project toward payments under the contract for Drilling & Equipping of One (1) Borehole and Installation of Borehole Hybrid Power System, Construction of Two Rural Water Kiosks, Caretaker room & Laying 1.3KM Pipelines of various sizes at Qardho, Karkaar region, Puntland.
