- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: NO. RFP/HCR/SOM/SUP/2023/003ESTABLISHMENT OF FRAME AGREEMENT(S) FOR THE PROVISION OF FREIGHT FORWARDING, CARGO HANDLING, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND RELATED SERVICES FOR THE UNHCR-SOMALIA OPERATIONThe Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), RepresentationOffice (RO) in Mogadishu, Somalia, invites qualifiedfor the requirements expressed under the following Lots:(i) Lot-1: establishment of Frame Agreement(s) on the provision of freight forwarding and cargo handling services; (ii) Lot-2: establishment of Frame Agreement(s) on the provision of customs-clearance and related services. Each of the Frame Agreements will remain valid for an initial period of 12 months and may be further extended for an additional period of 24 months (i.e. 1 1 1 years) subject to satisfactory performance of the contracted Service Provider and availability of the UNHCRrequirement for the provision of the contracted services.Interested bidders are invited to bid either for the whole range of services specified in this ToR document (i.e. Lot-1 and Lot-2) or for any one of the full Lots (i.e. Lot-1 or Lot-2 separately). If it is in their capacity, the bidders are encouraged to offer the services contained in both Lots. However, the full/complete Lots will be evaluated separately and independently, and the contract for each Lot will be awarded to the bidder that submitted the most responsive proposal for the particular Lot.
