- Tenders are invited for Installation of Solar System Set up in Barawe. Gredo Invites Qualified Bidders Who Wish to be Considered for the Proposed Goods, and Who Meet the below Listed Requirements; 1. The Essential Criteria 25% 2. Financial Capacity 15% 3. Previous Experience of Installation Solar System Set up with past Signed and Stamp Contract as Evidence 15% 4. Lead Time Work Plane 5% 5. The Lowest Evaluated Financial Proposal will be Awarded the Maximum Commercial Criteria Score of 40%. CAPABILITY CRITERIA These are criteria will be used to evaluate the bidder-s ability, skill and experience in relation to the requirements of GREDO. All bids will be evaluated against the same pre-agreed Capability Criteria, which will have been created by a committee of representatives from GREDO. Overall score of 60% will be available for these criteria. I) The Essential Criteria 25 % a. 10 points Provide an Official Bank account with minimum $ 20,000 with a proof of statement from1st July 2022- to 31th Dec- 2022 b. 10.Points for the Updated company profile c. 5. Points for the Registration Letter or Certificate The maximum score required for capability criteria is 60% - broken down as below. I) Previous experience of Installation solat system set up - 15% Provide past signed and stamp contracts as evidence 15 Points for 2 or more contracts of Installation solar system set up . Copies of signed and authentic contracts with official signature and stamp to be submitted a. 10 Points for 2 contracts of Installation solar system set up . Copies of signed contracts with official signature and stamp to be submitted b. 5 points for 1 contract of Installation solar system set up . Copies of signed contracts with official signature and stamp to be submitted c. 0 Points for zero contracts of Installation of solar system set up II) Financial Capacity (15%) 6. Provide an Official Bank account with minimum $ 20,000 With a proof of statement from 1st July 2022- to 31th Dec- 2022 as evidence with genuine transactions. a. 15 points for three or more traceable contract of Installation of solar system set up payments of value comparable to estimated value of current tender b. 10 points for two traceable contract Installation of solar system set up payments of value comparable to estimated value of current tender c. 5 points for one traceable contract Installation of soslst system set up payments of value comparable to estimated value of current tender III) Lead time/workplan (5%) ยท Provide the a detailed workplan that you can deliver the Works/Installation of solar system of Contract from the GREDO. I) COMMERIAL CRITERIA These criteria will be used to evaluate the commercial competitiveness of a bid.
