- Tenders are invited for Private Security Services. FCA is a Member of the Core Humanitarian Standard Alliance and is Working towards the Application of the Core Humanitarian Standard (Chs), Fca is a Founding Member of Act Alliance and a Long-Term Partner of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. Fca has a Framework Partnership Agreement with Echo, the Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection Department of the European Commission. Fca Also has a Growing Number of Local Partners. Fca Employs Directly and Indirectly Approximately 3000 Persons, its Annual Budget is 46 Meur. Tender Information FCA Somalia is launching an “International Open Tender” for Private Security Services and invites interested suppliers. Tender documents and Terms of Reference are available in the link below. The objective of this terms of reference is to engage a suitably qualified private security firm to provide security services to FCA-s Somalia Country Office. Bidding will be conducted through open tender procedure. 1. All services to be delivered in Somalia. 2. Please note, the bid prices shall be quoted in EUR only.
