Tenders are invited for Provision of Audit Services The overall objective is to verify NCA Somalia and its partner-s financial reports, its adherence with government regulations, grant agreements and NCA policies as well as the soundness and strength of its internal control systems. The issuance of a signed and stamped audit opinion confirming the validity of accounts. The issuance of minimum two management letters; one for an interim audit and one for the annual audit. The issuance of a signed and stamped audit opinion and management letters for 3 bilateral partners organizational accounts confirming the validity of accounts The issuance of a signed and stamped audit opinion and management letters for Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) funding for the year confirming the validity of accounts Submission of all documentation required by NCA-s Global Group Auditor. The external auditing services will be carried out from NCA-s main office in Mogadishu. In addition, auditors will be expected to travel to NCA-s field offices in Gedo region (Dollow,…) and Puntland (Garowe…) as well as partners- offices in Banadir and Lower Shabelle areas. Auditing procedures must be performed in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). The scope of work must be wide covering a range of issues e.g., legal/ statutory obligations to the Federal state of Somalia and its member states, procurement and logistics, assets and liabilities, salaries and allowances, programme and financial oversight, accounting practices and internal controls. Period of advertisement 21days from 17th June to 7th July 2022.
