Submission details: Interested and reputable companies who intend to provide the required service need to meet the requirements listed below: Registration certificate: Valid relevant registration from Southwest state and Federal Govement relevant ministries. Experience: Related experience in similar services over the last 2-3 years. Attach any support documents concerned this service. Companies Bank statement: from 1st March 2020 to Feb 28,2021. Updated company profile with organogram and very detailed Company address. Tax clearance letter from Ministry of Finance of Southwest or Federal Government. Phsical Presence/warehouse : The company must have an operational Office in Banaadir/ Afgooye and Other Offices in Somalia. The bids shall be submitted by 10th March 2021 at 4:00pm and shall be valid for 60 days from the date of closure. Tender documents are available for collection at: Relief International Office, Mogadishu Office (Wadajir District - Near Peace Hotel). In return of the the documents, please address via mail through: tender.Somalia@ri.org latest by 10th March 2021 at 4:00 pm. No hard copy submission is accepted. Late bids shall be rejected and no liability will be accepted for loss, late delivery or non-delivery, whatsoever. Bids shall be opened at a later date to be communicated.
