- Tenders are invited for Provision of Guarding, Cooking and Cleaning Services Interested eligible Bidders may obtain the bidding documents through email via request to Nicodemus.Nyaure@sdf-secretariat.org with a copy to procurement@sdf-secretariat.org during office hours 08:00 to 17:00. Full details of the bid are detailed in the standard bid document. 5. All Bids must be accompanied by a duly completed Bid Securing Declaration and not a bid security. 6. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 27 March 2022 at 1130 hours East African Standard Time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 27 March 2022 at 1130 Hours
