- Tenders are invited for Provision of Insurance Services for Group Personal Accident for Welthungerhilfe-s National Staff. Unit: 54 Staff Sum Insured; Annual Salary: S637,626.24 Organization and Position Overview Welthungerhilfe is one of the largest private aid agencies in Germany; politically and religiously independent. The organization fights for "Zero Hunger by 2030". Since being founded in 1962, it has provided funding of EUR 4.2 billion for more than 10,369 overseas projects in 70 countries. Welthungerhilfe bases its efforts on the principle of help for self-help, which it implements with measures ranging from rapid disaster relief to rehabilitation to long-term development cooperation projects with national and international partner organizations.Welthungerhilfe (WHH) has a vision of a world in which everyone can lead a self-determined life in dignity and justice, free from hunger and poverty. Hunger is the biggest solvable problem in the world. WHH wants to do all it can to find a lasting solution to this problem. "Zero Hunger wherever we work by 2030" - this is the clear goal for the organization with reference to the Sustainable Development Goals defined in its strategy. Offer Details: Welthungerhilfe inviting qualified Insurance firms and organizations to submit quotation of the above listed information on the cover page. WHH will award one year contract to successful firm. The firm must state in their quotation the validity period of their quotation. The minimum offer acceptance period for this RFQ is 45 days after closing date of the RFQ. Welthungerhilfe will select the Offeror whose quotation represents the best overall value to WHH. Offerors who do not submit required documents may be disqualified from consideration. Special attention Quantities and contents of the listed assortment is subject to no alteration. Welthungerhilfe reserves the right to divide the orders into lots and to award the lots into different suppliers. However, Welthungerhilfe prefers to place the order with one suppler only. All the relevant information are indicated in the bid documents. Furthermore, all bidders are also required to meet the minimum tender requirements as shown in the bid dossiers. Welthungerhilfe will strictly check these criteria and most notably the supplier who fits the bid requirements will be deemed as a winner.
