- Tenders are invited for Provision of Legal Services in Somaliland and Somalia Regions The Legal Firm must provide and ensure the following conditions are met: Provide a certified copy of certificate of Incorporation/Registration (Attach a copy) Provide a copy of Tax Certificate from the respective Regional/Government regional Tax Agency/Department (Attach a copy) Provide name of directors/owners of the firm A brief description of the legal firm-s background and overview (Attach registration for the last three years 2019-2021 in both Somalia and Somaliland) Clear details of the scope of the legal services the firm is offering. A list and contacts of your clients receiving similar services from your company. (Attach at least five reference letters from your clients) Professional experience of the Law Firm-s Founders (Attach their current CVs) Detailed scope of the proposed legal services and how to implement.
