- The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors for the provision of physical verification services (PV) of United Nations Owned Equipment (UNOE) in South Central Somalia and Galmudug region. The required services include:1. Planing, Scheduling and Organizing Physical Verification inspections.2. Performing the Physical Verification: deployment of the teams to various locations to perform Data Collection and Verification of Assets and Equipment.3. Reporting on discrepencies between the EPR system and physical count and verification.4. Analyzing issuesand proposing solutions.The contractor is expected to provide around 20 personnel across various locations in Somalia, including but not limited to Mogadishu, Dhobley, Baidoa, Beletweyne, Jowhar and Kismayo. The contractore is expected to establish presence at each of these locations. UNSOS plan to enter into 3-year contract with UNSOS sole option to extend it for up to two years, starting from 1st September 2023. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided at the solicitation stage which is planned to be issued in February 2023.
