- The primaryobjective of this consultancy is to support the GFF in conducting remotedata collection for a rapid health facility-level survey in Somalia using primarily Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI)methods. The survey toolaims to collect key information from facilities on service availability,financing, infrastructure, staffing, supplies, leadership and coordination,community engagement, and quality of care. The questionnaire is projected to last 30 minutes to one hour. The survey firm will implement four (4) rounds of surveys each calendaryear (one survey per quarter) starting in September 2024 and ending in August2026 for a total of Eight (8) rounds of surveys. In collaboration with the GFFand the World Bank, the firm will be expected to liaise with the relevantdivisions of the Ministry of Health (i) to collect the necessary healthfacility information for the survey implementation, and (ii) to adapt the surveytool to the country context before initial implementation and between rounds.
