- Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of 2 Boreholes in Buuhoodle District, Togdheer Region Subject: Invitation to Bid Candlelight for Environment, Education and Health is non-governmental nonpolitical and nonprofit making organization dedicated to responding to development and humanitarian issues in under and or marginalized communities in Somaliland. Candlelight with support from Somalia Humanitarian Fund (SHF) is implementing an Emergency supply of safe water, sanitation and hygiene services among drought affected households in Buuhoodle district in Togdheer region (Som22/3485/RA2/WASH/NGO/22006). The tender documents/ dossier which contain Instructions to Suppliers, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Terms and Conditions can be collected from Candlelight offices in Hargeisa and Buroa from 26th July, 2022 to 9th August, 2022 between 7:30 am - 2:30 pm EAT.
