- Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of De Martini and Banadir Hospitals. The contract(s) will be awarded to the Bidder offering the lowest evaluated cost to the Employer, subject to the selected Bidder meeting the required qualification criteria as the case may be.” Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank-s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” dated July 1st, 2016 revised November 2017 August 2018 ,November 2020 and September 2023(“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations Bids shall be submitted electronically. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be virtually opened via Google Meet and invites sent to the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend on March 12 2024 at 11:30AM EAT All Bids must be accompanied by a BID-SECURING DECLARATION using the form included in Section IV, Bidding Forms 1. Cost of Bidding 1.1 The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its Bid, and the Employer shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the Bidding process.
