- Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Irrigation Canals in Afgoye, Baidoa, Marka and Janaale Districts in Southwest State Pre-bid meeting shall be conducted by the Employer at the PIU Office in the Ministry of Finance Headquarters in Shangani District, Mogadishu Somalia on August 22, 2023 11:00 AM (East Africa time). 2. Bids shall be Submitted electronically. Late Bids will be rejected.
