Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation Office Building 1. Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs, and Reconciliation of the Federal Government of Somalia invites sealed Bids from all the eligible bidders for the procurement task of Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs, and Reconciliation Office Building. 2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement, Concessions and Disposal Act, 23 November 2015, and is open to all the national bidders as defined in the Public Procurement and Regulations. Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation 888 building, Via Tanzania Street, Waberi district Mogadishu, Federal Government of Somalia 1. Candidates must prove that they qualify to participate in procurement by providing the following documentation which shall comprise the candidate-s bid. 2. Completed Letter of Bid 3. Completed Bid Information Form 4. Completed Bid-Securing Declaration 5. Completed BOQ-s 6. Submit Work Plan Schedule 7. Documentary evidence demonstrating legal status and ability to operate in Somalia, such as a valid Certificate of Company Registration. 8. Bank statements for the last 12 months must be submitted to evidence with closing balance of $50,000.00. 9. A declaration of certificate that the bidder has fulfilled the obligation to pay tax - a valid Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) with TIN (Required Q2 2023). 10. Documentary evidence demonstrating of at least two (2) Contracts experience in similar assignment within the last two (2) years and previous work experience.
