- Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Water Storage Facilities & Twin Latrine Qualifying and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender are as follows: Quote envelop should be sealed with the reference and must stamped Valid Registration certificates from Somaliland Government Tax Clearance Certificate Good track-record and references from previous clients (At least three references from the firm applying for Tender). Relevant Experience (Similar experience - with proof of signed contract & Submission of PO-s). 1. Submission of the latest certified bank statement of the applying entity (Original Bank statement from March 2022 - March 2023.) 2. Detailed Company Profile 3. Detailed Leadtime / Delivery 4. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria; quality, delivery time and previous experience will also be considered. 5. Guarantee Period 6. Mode of Payment 7. All bids should be written in English. 8.
