- Tenders are invited for Study on The Current Dynamics of Civic Space in Somaliland Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) - Somaliland. 1. Inception report focuses on the study design, methods, desk review, field plan and suggested research participants with clear justification. 5th December 2021 2 . Field data collection 6th December- 16th December 2021 3 . Comprehensive and detailed draft report that satisfactorily addresses study objectives and questions and has clear recommendations submitted for inputs and feedback. 22nd December 2021 4. Final study with all relevant appendices submitted to SOYDAVO. 27th December 2021 5. Presentation of the key findings, lessons learnt and recommendations through a national conference for dissemination and validation purposes. 5th January 2022. Submission of bids not later than 30th November 2021 at 15:00hr.
