- Tenders are invited for Supply of 18HH Women “Small Business Shopping List" - February 2023 Requirements: 1. Partial documents will not be accepted. 1. Tender envelop should be sealed and stamped. 1. FINANCIAL/QUOTATION AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENT TO BE DIFFERENTENVELOP. 1. Company profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address. 1. Most recent bank statements (Showing last 6-month transactions/ account movement and current balance) 1. Offer valid should be 90days. QUOTATION PRICE/FINANCIAL OFFER TO THE SEPARATE ENVELOPE. 1. Registration certificate (Valid Commercial license) 1. Copy of Passport Chair parson of the Company 1. Evidence of experience in similar work (Supplies experiences with UN/INGOs/National NGO) 1. All bids should be written in English. Note: The above goods will be delivered as mentioned above. The date of distribution 1-3 week, so sufficient stock should be with the company to make quick distribution as per the plan within this time frame. Bidder should be ready to distribute the shopping list commodities at the abovementioned distributionsites will be Banadir region IDPs (18 Household IDPs). Distribution dates and plan will be shared with the successful bidders at a late date. The Bidder will be responsible for the Transpiration, Loading, offloading until handed over to Qatar Red Crescent Staff in the Field After issuing the contract agreement, the selected supplier will submit sample against all items with will be returned at the end of the contract
