- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Electro-Mechanical Equipment (Lot 2 and Lot 3) Lot 2: Supply and Installation of 750kw Photovoltaic Solar System and Appurtenant Works. Lot 3: Supply and Installation of 11kv Overhead Transmission Line and Four Transformers Works 5. Interested firms can request for the bidding documents from the SDF Secretariat at the physical address or via the emails indicated below. 6. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14 March 2024 at 1100 hours East African Standard Time. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. 7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 14 March 2024 at 1100 Hours East Africa Time. 8.
