- Quotation are invited for Supply Of Items For Medical Equipment-s Of Three Public Hospital - Somalia QRCS invites bidders for procured three public hospitals medical equipment-s project in below mentioned sites following our specification, terms, and conditions. Interested contractors/Suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experiences in similar work are hereby invited to submit their bids in a separate envelope clearly market tender reference number as above. Requirements: Partial documents will not be accepted. Tender envelop should be sealed and stamped. FINANCIAL/QUOTATION AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENT TO BE DIFFERENT ENVELOP. Company profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address. 1. Most recent bank statements (Showing last 6-month transactions/ account movement and current balance) 2. Offer valid should be 90days. 3. QUOTATION PRICE/FINANCIAL OFFER TO THE SEPARATE ENVELOPE. 4. Registration certificate (Valid Commercial license) 5. Copy of Passport Chair parson of the Company 6.
