- Tenders are invited for Supplying, Packaging and Transporting, Non-Food Items, Emergency Shelter, and Wash (Hygiene) Kits. The estimated value of this PA is 200,000 USD in total for a period of two years. Please note that this amount is only an estimate and DRC does not provide any guarantee to place orders for this amount as it might be more or less or even unlimited. The winning tenderer(s) will be required to enter into a Purchase Agreement contract with DRC for an estimated value of 200,000 USD in total for a period of two years per each area. on the conditions set out in Financial Offer to this ITB (DRC Bid Form), the DRC General Conditions for Contract for Supply Services Annex (C) and other documents which form the response. Please Be aware of this amount is only an estimate and DRC does not provide any guarantee to place orders for this amount as it might be less, or contract can be cancelled upon DRC request.
