- Tenders are invited for Support on Identification of a PPP Project Pipeline for the Federal Government of Somalia The objective of this assignment is to support the Federal Government of Somalia in developing a comprehensive framework for developing a PPP project pipeline and build the capacity of the local PPP practitioners to monitor and develop the PPP project pipeline. In undertaking the assignment; the Consulting Firm will be required to take into account key developments within the country; regionally and globally; as well as the Country-s development priorities at the federal and sector levels.
