- Tenders are invited for Translation of Puntland Education in Emergency Risk Response Plan (Eie-Rrp) cope of Work SIDRA wishes to support MoEHE in translating the EIE Risk response Plan (EIE-RRP). the consultant will review, and produce final contextualized document of already developed MoEHE Education in Emergency Risk Response Plan (EIERRP) in translation all Plan sections of: overview of puntland education sector, local and international context on education in emergency, the rationale for education in emergency, humanitarian education needs in puntland, key principles of education in emergency plan implementation, education sector coordination objectives, coordination and partner, caseload and target prioritization of the EIE strategy, strategic operationalization of the response framework, education in emergency response plan framework, and recovery and transition. The consultant will closely work with the MoEHE and will report to SIDRA for contractual, and technical aspects and guidance Deliverables of the Assignment The following deliverables/outputs are expected of the consultant; Detailed work plan for the assignment including methodology A narrative report detailing the process, experience and challenges encountered while carrying out the translation. Draft a translated EIE-RRP for review and approval by SIDRA and MoE&HE Conduct consultation/ validation workshop for seeking inputs and endorsement from education stakeholders. Summit final and validated Somali version of EIE-RRP to SIDRA & MoE&HE
