- Water Tracking - Bosaso, Puntland, Somalia Water tracking of seven (7) IDP primary schools in Bosaso and Three (3) IDP primary schools in Haafuun DELIVERY POINT: Bari - Bosasoand Karkaar - Haafuun DELIVERY DEADLINE: 2 weeks after contract-s signature Submission Procedures: Bid documents will be collecting PMWDO Offices in Bosaso, and Garowe from the date of this ITB. Offers must be received before the deadline which is on Tuesday 24thAugust 2021at 03: PMhours. All bids must be submitted before on 24th / 08 / 2020 at 3:00pm at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. PMWDO will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to PMWDO. A tender opening session will take place in the PMWDO representative office in Bosaso. Bidders will be informed about the session 24hrs in advance. The presence of bidders- representative is allowed.
